Suzuki Access — Engine problem

I had purchased SUZUKI ACCESS 125 WHITE on July 2011 from your KHURANA Two Wheelers Pvt Ltd in Allahabad and that showroom has been closed after 1.5 year of my purchase so I have changed the service center. It was running very good condition till December2013… Issue – 1: I have started servicing in the SUZUKI service center from January 2014, after the service I drive the bike just 100kms It suddenly getting stopped while running and I check engine Oil, It is not available [Petrol tank was full], I asked about problem they said no problem… Issue – II: I have given regular servicing the same service center which was regular happen and Started the problem again, I drive the bike and the bike was running abnormal[ex Running Stop, getting speed] then I went asked problem they did some tuning I asked the check engine Oil, Oil is not available [Petrol tank was full], suddenly getting stopped while running and I went to the same service center and asked about problem and this time they said engine problem and they have to open it to solve this issue and they will charge 7500 for it… Issue – III: I am continuously facing problems in servicing. I want to know my Bike is run only 16700KM in 4 years so how come the engine has a problem in this short of period… After the service how many Km will get warranty for the engine.
