First of fall i want to mention regarding poor service from #khandelwalsuzuki annapurna branch. (Mr saurabh (Branch manager)). After selling the vehicle they dont even care who are you? I bought vehicle 30 days back and then there was some accident and due to which handle and other parts got damaged... I have given vehicle 6 days back and now when i checked the vehicle... Work was not done... And as per mr saurabh all work has been done... Full body scratches are there and when i complained him he told jo ho sake karlo hum ye sab nhi karte... Jisse bhi baat karni hai karlo... Yaha kaam aise hi hota hai.. And bluntly disconnected phone.... That 3rd class person dont even have manners and etiquette to talk with customers... I don't understand how suzuki hires such persons... My 1st service experience is so bad with #khandelwalmotors that i cant say...
