After various mail and calles dwarka suzuki is not responding by written mail.
MR Sarwan from Dwarka Suzuki Workshop indirectly says that if one customer goes we don't affected because we have more than 100 customers.

Still i didn't get any proper response regarding these complaint .
Head Office : Please look these in matter. Dwarka Suzuki is doing wrong with Suzuki Customers.
