Suzuki Motorcycles — Worst and non responsive for service of bike | |||
I have purchased suzuki access 125 4 months back. It got damaged in an accident. I gave it to the service center at Kumta, Bellad Suzuki, Hubli. It has been already 3 months and still they have not repaired it saying spares not available. They are indeed very bad in service. Hopeless and Worst. Most irresponsible. I called customer service but no one is responding there. This is very worst and painful. Service mechanics are also very bad . The management in Ballad, Hubli is also very bad. No one takes the responsibility. Customer care . management and everyone is irresponsible and no responsive. No one should buy from Suzuki. I am frustrated.
