Swift Air Express Courier Service — Missing courier

I have not yet received my rejected check sent through ICICI bank by swift air express courier service on 3rd May, 2017. Company's website tracking is not working and always says that AWB no id incorrect. I am regularly calling them on phone on[protected]/11/12/13 from 6th May, 2017 onward daily maximum of time they do not pic the call and when pick I got the same response that we are looking into this issue. Your package will be delivered ASAP.
