Swift Air Express Courier Service — Parcel not received

Hello,

I have not yet received my check (which was rejected) sent through icici bank by swift air express courier service on 5th april'17 to my permanent residential address. The AWB no. is with me.. Their website isn't working for tracking the parcel. I tried to contact through phone (given by icici bank official and ph. no. written on courier service website too) but no body is picking it up. Pls. let me know what is the problem? Is it misplaced and whom to contact now?
