Swiggy And Dominos — missing items in my item | |||
On 3rd december i have placed an order through swiggy app for dominos pizza in which one of my item was missing and have show the same to the delivery boy he agreed and communicated that i will get refund within 3 days. A week passed i didn’t get the refund hence made a call to dominos they told me to wait for another 7 days this time also didn’t get refund. At last complained about the same to swiggy which my order partner they replied as i will not get refund and they admits that item was missing but refund cannot me made, i was shocked. Understood that they both trying to cheat customer by partners themselves. Serious actions to be taken to protect customers. If no action was taken then customer will be loosing their money by these fraudsters and looters. Was this information helpful? | |||
