Swiggy And Dominos Complaints & Reviews

On 3rd december i have placed an order through swiggy app for dominos pizza in which one of my item was missing and have show the same to the delivery boy he agreed and communicated that i will get refund within 3 days. A week passed i didn’t get the refund hence made a call to dominos they told me to wait for another 7 days this time also didn’t get refund. At last complained about the same to swiggy which my order partner they replied...

I have ordered Pizza through Swiggy From his service partner Dominos at 4:06 PM and i have done several followup with Swiggy as i paid to them but they refuse to help, they are telling that we are provide a platform to seller and buyer so we cant help on this. I tried to Call Dominos but there Generic number is not getting connected today. But i got pizza today which is cold because it got delivered after three hours, I have seen scenarios...
