Swiggy And Dominos — pizza

I have ordered Pizza through Swiggy From his service partner Dominos at 4:06 PM and i have done several followup with Swiggy as i paid to them but they refuse to help, they are telling that we are provide a platform to seller and buyer so we cant help on this. I tried to Call Dominos but there Generic number is not getting connected today. But i got pizza today which is cold because it got delivered after three hours, I have seen scenarios with these service provider that if we pay them before they disregard customer and if you order COD it is delivered to you in better condition and it will be hot as well . Swiggy didn’t help me but they send me invoice that order paid at 5:36PM, but i recived at 7:00PM. Please review this and help people to get true service for what they have paid
