[Resolved]  Swiggy — delivery issues escalation

Hi,

There are two incidences i want to report.

1. I ordered food on 01/01/2020, order # [protected]. Got the incomplete order delivered after the estimated time. Tried calling restaurant, the rep of restaurant mentioned as he had requested to wait the swiggy delivery rep, but the person was in rush and didn't listen to him and left without taking the food parcel. Now that was a real inconvenience and utter upsetting experience for me, hence i tried contacting swiggy chat rep, the chat rep was so casual, that the person just offered a refund for the missing item and hung up the chat. Not acceptable. I had guests over at my place who had waited a lot and left without having food. So i contacted swiggy on facebook and they offered me a discount coupon of rs. 270.00 and tried to shut me up. I said that's not an option, i need to speak with someone with authority over the phone, hence arranged a callback on my cellphone and received call, where i explained the situation to him, felt like i was speaking with a robot who can only reciprocate with predefined answers and couldn't do anything but to offer a discount of rs. 300.00 or no deal. I informed, i need either full refund or 50.00% of the waiver on the billed amount.

2. Now the second incident was the replica of the first one where i had ordered food on 01/03/2020 (Order id [protected]) and again got the incomplete delivery with the missing item, when contacted swiggy they offered a refund for the missing item. And once again i had to sleep with an empty stomach, because i still believe there's no person who could have gravy without the rice or roti,. Thus swiggy rep again never failed to upset me with an annoying experience. I have been such a loyal customer with swiggy who had given them a great business over the years and still they don't care to understand how saddening it is to let a loyal customer go. Every time i reported any issues, got nothing but fake promises or assurance which were never delivered. I am so done with swiggy services and seeking for the full refund resolution.

Ps: i also spoke with their escalation team over the phone and they are sarcastic and unwilling to help the customers. They will only help the customers on their conditions and company policies, very stinky experience.
