I am writing to lodge a complaint against Swiggy for non-delivery of food despite payment and fake delivery confirmation. The details of the order are as follows:

- Date of Order: 16.05.2025
- Time of Order: 1.13 PM
Despite making the payment online, we did not receive the order at our location. What's more concerning is that we received a delivery confirmation email from Swiggy, which included a snapshot of the order being delivered. However, in reality, we never received the order.
We visited Hotel Durga to inquire about the issue, and they provided us with the delivery boy's details:
- Delivery Boy Name: Rutik Hiwale
- Contact Number: [protected]
It appears that this is a case of a scam or a delivery issue, and I request your immediate attention to this matter. I have attached the snapshot of the delivery confirmation for your reference.
I request you to take necessary actions against Swiggy for this unfair practice and provide a refund for the order. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.
