Swiggy — delivery person could not deliver but swiggy deducted rs 75 for the same | |||
We had ordered some sweets from ganguram through swiggy on wednesday (6th february, 2019) (Order#[protected]). At the time of ordering we could not modify the address, and so manually put our office address unitech, gate 2. After 5 mins we saw that our order has been picked and we got our delivery boy's name and mobile number. We called him immediately and told him the address. He agreed on that. However after some times we got a call and were enquired about our address. The delivery boy (Jeet roy ph# [protected]) already reached tata medical, which is not even half km from our office, denied to come to our office address, i. E. Unitech. We described everything, but the experience in talking to both the tele executive (Nilanjana and other person) and jeet was aweeeeful, i must say. They don't understand a single word. Anyways, we were asked to cancel the order. While we were trying to do so, i suddenly received a sms stating your order has been cancelled and rs 75 deducted for cancelling the order. Please let me know the reason for this deduction, when there was no fault from our side and also request you to refund rs 75/- Was this information helpful? | |||

I got a call from the Team yesterday and they promised me a coupon of Rs 75, which I can use within a month for any order other than Dominos and Swiggy. However, I am not able to find the coupon anywhere in my mailbox or on the App. Kindly clarify
