Swiggy — didn't get refund as the amount was deducted from my account | |||
On 28February i ordered food from swiggy app and paid through mobikwik.But the order was not placed due to error in their system.The amount (Rs 104) was deducted from account.When i informed their customer care, they told me to wait 4 days to refund the amount.But after 4 days i didn't get refund, they told me contact mobikwik or bank because swiggy didn't received any money from my account on that day.What should i do now? I had contacted Swiggy many times but their reply was the same.So i humbly request for the authority to enquire about this case and take action against them.
