Swiggy Instamart — Missing items

So a grocery order was placed by me on the 15th of August, 2022 at 5:01 pm amounting
2069/-.
The delivery guy called me and told me that he was at the location that was wrong so I requested him to please come at the correct location which was just 1 km away.
First he was unapproachable for 30 mins, that’s when I put in a ticket for help.
My order was delivered after 40 mins, though it was marked delivered 40 mins ago.
After which he came and said he won’t give me my order if I don’t pay him 100/- so I had to Pay him extra 50/- as my order was paid and I wanted the order.
This part aside
I placed an order for the following items-

I DONT KNOW, I DONT CARE WAS IT THE STORES’ FAULT OR THE DELIVERY GUYS FAULT
I AM A STUDENT I LIVE ON A BUDGET HOW WILL I SURVIVE IF I AM CHEATED OF 2k????
I tried contacting swiggy again and again but each time I heard email team will contact you
But what did the email team said sorry ma’am nothing can be done
So kindly provide me a refund.
