I am dipak das from kolkata. on date 7.1.16 purchase iball andi 5m xotic smrt phone from syberplace.com. paid by sbi debit card through pay u money. still today i hv not received my product . i was trying over phone, mail & chatting but they hv no response .today i hv searched syberplace .com site track order but there was no shipment issued. .my payments details are given below.
