Dear Sir,

i made a online transaction to buy online form from the site of Symbiosis center for distance learning (http://www.scdl.net/applyonline/ApplyOnlineHome.aspx)

i asked to the the Symbiosis team but no rspond i got

My name is vikram and my student registration no. Is[protected].

I had booked exams of pgdba course - but i didn't receive student id card - when i went to attend exam they refused to sitting in exam just because of student id card. When i checked student id card status on mail - it was returned due to "student not available at home".

I am regular following ups from scdl mail ids "admission status and exam queries" but no one is giving satisfied revert on mail - i got a mail on 31st may 2018, that we will dispatch your id card after 3 working days but i didn't receive any dispatch mail yet and when i discussing with scdl helpline number they are saying that we will dispatch after 3 days.

Sir - i have booked exams of pgdba course but i am not able to give exams because of id card -
Can you please give my exceptional approval to sit in exams without id card..?
Or please share id card on mail - i will make it plastic card if possible otherwise i have to lost my exams fees of exams.

Kindly help me i am regular following ups from 28th may 2018 till yet but no one is helping me.

I am a student of scdl. There is a problem in my pgdba 3rd semester personnel administration book. The chapters in book are messed up. From page no. 230 to 246 are not there in the book.
Kindly take a strict action against it and revert me back as soon as possible.

I taken admission because they said this is mba but after depositing the fees they said there is no mba!!!
I have submitted the fees and i given examination but as they do with all student they failed me in 04 papers by 01 marks in each!!
When i asked about this they said that why you cheating student they said its rule and you talk to examination department!!
I called them but they didn't response it!!
I am mailing them regularly but they are not reverting back!
Please take action on this cheat college and get my fees back!!

My registration number is[protected] and i completed my pgdba in the year 2013. When i submitted my pgdba degree to my organization for grant for incentive for acquiring higher qualification being given to those employees who acquires mba and equivalent degree.
And when my organization clarified from scdl that whether its pgdba is equivalent to mba or not.. And to my utter surprise scdl straightway refused that its pgdba is not equivalent to mba, hence my case for incentive was dropped.
Now, i want to ask scdl that why its pgdba is not equivalent to mba and why should anyone should pursue pgdba from scdl by incurring such huge amounts as fee, when in outside world and employers only demands mba…. Why scdl should not be declared as fraud for playing with futures of may students.

Is it justified by scdl not to refund fees if candidate is not willing to do course but paid fully money and requested to refund after two months in place of month that what policy says???...is it good to have cancellation policy mentioned only in four lines in prospectus form and no where else on the website . Courier service told me that he had already delivered it, but in reality there is not any delivery of study material at my address. This is the worst experience of my life from this prestigious inst. Please look into the matter, and solve my problem as soon as possible.

My name is Pankhuri. .I have registered for post graduation diploma in business administration course in symbiosis centre for distance learning for 2015 batch on 13/01/2015. .I have paid registration as well as application form fees .They accepted the form. But thereafter they said that you are not applicable for this batch as it was the late admission for 2014 batch graduates. And I have completed my graduatin in june 2015 . .But the information was not clearly mention on the website about the late admission. .I requested them to transfer my registration and form fees for 2015 batch .but they didnt accept my request. .They said the money is non refundable. .but I want them to transfer my money for 2015 batch admission. Dear Sir/Madam, I want to complaint about my College (Symbiosis Distance Learning), When i am going to take admission the Councelor and College said we are Provided you Sunday on Demand Classes but after taking admission wen i request for Classes they said now On demand Classes are not available… i have already submitted Full Fees for PGDB (30000/-) After that i want to Refund my Fees back but they are not Responding on this from Long time each and every time they said you go there and there But still i Dint get any Solution. Sir/mam, I Yogi Agrawal student of SCDL pusuing PGDBA want to let you know that i have given paper of Organsiational behaviour and Managment accounting for which the university declared the fail result. I am sure that i have given correct answers in the exam . I also make a call in the college and communicated with them but they told that the questions are automatically checked with the online computerised system we dont see your profile. I told them to check their system but they are ignoring and telling me that you have to study hard can not do nothing in this regard. Please take a serious action against them. because of them till now i have not completed my 1semister. and i received 3 semister study materials.

Sir/mam, I Yogi Agrawal student of SCDL Reg. No.[protected] has taken admission in PGDBA programme. I am pursuing my 1st semister for which i have given 3 papers in which 2 subjects they failed me and both the subjects having the 30marks as declared by SCDL it is not possible that both the subjects having same marks, I'am confident that i have given my best in the examination and their are no chance of fail. But i'am expecting good marks in the exam. There is mistake in the online computerised checking as the executives of SCDL told that answer key is uplaoded and it declares the result automatically. They are just making money through re-exam. and wasting our time and trapping the new students.

Hi, I have forgot my password for the students login and i unable to reset the password with the given options from website. 1) Forgot password requires my Date Of Birth, and that icon doesn't opens to choose the date and i can't manually type as well. 2) Even if the first points works atimes (very rare), I don't receive any emails for the password reset. Whereas i do receive other emails from SCDL so there is nothing wrong in my email ID. 3) Tried to reach the hunting lines, and it takes so long and left unattended. Dear Sir/Madam, I'm an NRI and have enrolled for the PGDBF programme from SCDL. I have always paid my fees on time & cleared Assignments & Exams in the first attempt. However, due to an Arab Summit, roads were closed and I was stuck in traffic for a long time and was unable to start my exam at the stipulated time. It is really unfortunate that only 30 minutes grace time is being given from the time of actual exam start time. If the time expires, we have to pay USD 20 for each time we need to take the exam. Considering that we are paying a lot of money as Course fees & Exam fees, SCDL should allow us time atleast till end of that day to take the exam. The Student Helpdesk also has only a standard answer - We cannot do anything, you have to pay the fees again. It is not a small amount that we are paying as NRI students and this is the response we get. It is very unfortunate. Regards, Shoba

Dear sir, I have completed course in month of Sept.as per scdl it takes 45 working days to process the certificate but it has been 3 months still i have not got the certificate.when ever i try to contact them i get only one answer that it will processed in one week or by this month end or it will be dispatched shortly.Kindly look into it on priority. I had applied for cancellation of my admission on September end and was informed that as the cancellation form is still not available online, I could send the materials back and with hand written cancellation application. I did the same on the same day and sent my material back. In first week of October I again called to follow up on my cancellation and even after mentioning the fact that I haven't send the official form, one of the executives asked me to wait as they have already received my application and nothing needs to be done from my end now and in 1 months time it will be processed. Just now I received a call stating that as the cancellation wasn't done according to the procedure I wouldn't receive any refund. I talked with a lady (HOD of enrollment) from Pune and was pretty rude. As I tried to argue with her regarding the issue, she asked me to be a professional! She even raised her voice and wasn't ready to hear a word.. She didn't have any valid point to support her argument besides that I haven't filled up a required form. I have even offered to send it now if that's so crucial but again she refused. I urgently need to work this issue out and hope revert from your end soon. Thank you. P.S. : I am appalled by the way the HOD of such a reputed institution has behaved not maintaining a professional decorum .
