Last date for submission of Admission cancellation form was 14th September-2013 (as mentioned in Student Handbook) but till date (22nd September-13) Admission Cancellation form is not uploaded on website or student login. I almost struggled for one month to get this form from SCDL. I wrote so many mails to grievance but they have not replied any single mail on this subject. When we call customer care of SCDL it takes around 10 minutes to reach operators so till date I spent almost Rs. 600 to call SCDL!!! Customer Care use to give blind commitment which don't have any base. After scolding a lot to customer care executives finally they have sent form on my personal E- Mail ID. I suggest all the students to think twice before taking admission in such institutes which don't have local offices in your city otherwise you will keep on hanging on phone and E-Mail when ever you stuck somewhere. Such institutes are very accurate in collecting money but not supportive after receiving money so be careful. Best of Luck!!

My Registration No is[protected], I was not permitted to write an exam by the centre citing differential regulations. I had written all my 21 exams from this centre and some times I had repeated the paper as well, but in this particular exam of Business Law they delayed me writing the exam stating the reason of Hall Ticket not being proper. And by the time they permitted me to write the exam the login was not going and I could not attempt the paper. I wrote to the Grievance cell so many times but in vain. I just require one mark in addition and now they are saying I will have to pay Rs 5,000 for reregistration and additional charges for the examinations. If this is the case of dealing by this so called educational institution for educated people then I can imagine the plight being metted out to uninformed people. Also they have extended the admission for classes which have started from July till date and I have proofs for the same, which shows their money mindedness. i went to scdl for enquiry for MBA distance learning and they did not inform me that scdl does not offer distance learning MBA.Now they are telling me that they will offer only PGDBA. now i want my fees refunded as i don't want to do PGDBA i want to do MBA. SCDL is not refunding any fees back and i have paid 25000 as the course fees.please help me as my financial condition is not good and my entire career will get spoiled.

I am a PGDBA 2010 student and I completed all my assignments and exams. My diploma was processed on 13th Sept 2012. It has been over a month now and I have not received it. Since past two weeks I have been trying to email and call the Pune office. But nobody is responding. The phone number is always busy. They are not even responding to my emails. Since my diploma is processed, the student centre is also locked so cannot email from there also. This is highly unprofessonal by them. I atleast expect them to send the reply with the current status. I have to submit the certificate and marksheet by the end of this month, or else i am on the verge of loosing my employment. I have faxed them a letter also today. Don't know what to do, there is no other contact number I can reach to in Pune office.

i have paid my all programme fee in 2009, but i did not get any help from scdl to complete my MBA, i got only one mail in 2011 that fee is revised, means SCDL want more money from me, i have already wasted my 25000( programme fees ) +1000 ( registration fees)+ extra charges on DD making and courier etc...... is its good for SCDL to remind me only REVISED fee not for how i have to give exams when ,,,, now my course will expired in 2012 or 2013. how can you help me? can you give me my all DD money back.....???

Please don't get admission in this institute, it was pure profession business institute in education field, SCDL intrest on only fees and not on education of student. all rules are made for income only, structure of exam form and fees submission are very crucial and not in fever of student anyway. i request you all who seeking for doing MBA not get admission in SCDL. The certificate given by SCDL is also not call MBA in corporate industry. it's call diploma only. Please think about other institute like Sikkim Manipal,IGNOU etc. it's given coaching for student learning real Management.

Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning has started threatening innocent students . Earlier they were providing additional validity for free but the exams were chargeable , This time they have started to get 5000/- Rupees for validity extension and for this they have even failed the actual passed students to get this money . This is a Question Mark on the credit ability of this institution .Please help .

On 24/01/2012 call from first flight courier (Docket no- ZM4903525) gandhidham (contact no-[protected]) for receiving scdl 4 sem marketing study material from them gandhidham centre. so i call back for taking full address of first flight courier, gandhidham on 25/01/2012. But when reached at first flight courier,gandhidham on 27/01/2012 responsible person reply that courier was return back and not provide guidance properly.pl do need full for provide scdl 4 sem study material as earliest at my communication address.Pl refer attachment for more detail.

Hi frnds,

Earlier i given a complaint stating that i dint received my PGDBA -Marketing certificate even though i completed my course on time.

What ever a reasons may be i received my certificate yesterday.Although there is lots of delay in issuance but my continous & vigorous follow up they finally issued certificate,iam happy now.

If any body facing similar kind of problem or issue pls be in touch with scdl never leave them & behind them until you will get confirmation from their end.

Iam a student of SCDL & 2007 batch.Finally I finished all parameters & cleared all assignments,exams & projects.Iam awaiting for my certificate.My student center is locked for me.Now unable to login to scdl.Hence iam waiting for my PGDBA Marketing certificate.

Hi ,

I am studying PGDBA-Mktg from SCDL.I finished all my examinations & assignments except one subject.I also submitted case studies a month back till date no communication from them.As my course validity i upto june 2011 i have to complete everything before that to avail certificate.

For evaluation university will take more than a month - one & half month which is very bad.

If i pass in case studies i will apply for grace marks.But there is no proper communicatin from SCDL

On the first day when I take admission in SCDL – Pune. I am facing the problem but scdl have no time for students, only taking fee.

1. At the time of admission
2. At the time of login id
3. At the time of bar code
4. At the time of study material
5. Query related with study problems
6. At the time of PCP Classes
7. At the time of online exams
8. At the time of process of filling the exams

Every time facing the problems. When I deposit the fee scdl gave reply within 2-4 days but after full course fee gave reply 10-15-20 days. I was very disappointed with our study related problem because I no idea how to give online exams. What is the exams pattern? I was demanding some contact numbers of students who lives to near by my home, but no reply given by scdl. When I put a query to scdl they give same reply tell me exact problems. I already very disappointed with scdl behaviors but my fee is in scdl. SCDL organize a PCP Classes once again I was sending a DD of Rs. 250/- for attending the class. I thought may be doubts clear & getting some idea for exams. But on the day before of class held at Prabhu Dayal Public School, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. SCDL site shown message the PCP classes cancelled due to non response of students. When I demanding our DD they said you are demanding late. So we can not refund.

Now I was sent a many letter’s / mail to scdl I want to cancel our admission and refund our fee. They said we have not received any letter. They refused directly. I was telling I am not belonging a very rich family, I don’t have extra money to waste for it. My father is ill. Each & Everything I was telling to scdl, I required money for his treatment. But scdl have no emotions. They have taken full course fee after student go to hell.

I was totally prepared to cancel the admission & refund a fee. Now a days I was sent again mail to scdl I am going to court & news channel and giving warning, then I received a mail of Juhi Gupta please provide contact no I want talk with you. Sir, I want to know that jab I was tracing last more than 1.5 yrs tab scdl staff kaha tha. I don’t want to talk any person of scdl.

You are requested to please take the action against scdl who misguide the students and make a business for only taking fee. This is fake institute.

I want full & final settlement of our fee.

Time and often ours documents are deiliverd lately ,delivery of ours documents may takes even 6 months whenever we askes to our posman he just ignors and doesnt care many times we have to go to his home to take the documents.This time my books was dispatched as on 18/3/10 from pune through express parcel post vide docket No.785758 but till today we have not received.

Sir twice i have send my SCDL exam form via registered post to Pune but till d date they have not received my form. you are requested to ack the latestest status of my post. i have sent the post on Mar 10.2010 and registry no is RL A 886.

you are requested to info latest because of this i am not able to give my online exam.

I would like to inform & request you that, I have taken admission in PGDBA course for the year 2009-10 and accordingly I have paid Rs.15000.00 in the month of Oct'2009 but due to some financial problem I could not submit balance fee amount of Rs.10000.00 and finally I could not continue the course. I have requested to SCDL in the month of Dec'2009 for return of my submitted fee amount of Rs. 15000.00 and taking continuously follow-up but they have reused to refund the said fee amount.

Till date I have not been availed any facility of SCDL expect receipt of study materials.

I am not able to submit balance fee amount due to my financial problem.Therefore, I humble request you to kindly consider my case and help regarding this matter. All the correspondence has done with SCDL through e-mail is available.
