Syndicate Bank — refund money not reflected in my bank ac

Hi,
I ordered and returned a product to amazon. I made payment with my debitcard on 16 th the amount s 549rs but my card was blocked on 31 st jan now i got a new card when contacted amazon customer care they told to submit the charge dispute form to be submitted to amazon and gave the reference id i gave the same to syn bank they said they did but money was not credited still.
Kindly do the needful

Hi,

I ordered product of 995₹ from Amazon on 30 sep 2019 and payment is done by ATM card and I returned back that product to Amazon on October 2. They told amount is transformed. But still amount is not credited to my account. So please go through it.

I ordered product of 16999₹ from Amazon on 28 sep 2019 and payment is done by ATM card and i was cancelled that product to Amazon on 30th September . They told amount is transformed they are sent RNR no- 0R8UD3TG0000K0OBLZGT But still amount is not credited to my account. It's nearly one month over stil amount didn't reflected in my account . I was visited the the home bank maneger told with this number we can't check the status of refund please go through the Amazon . So please go through it.

Hello sir/madam
I have order a product in Amazon and I kept return and the amazon has refunded my amount on December 10th and the gave reference I’d and I have contacted the local branch but there is no response and it has been 20 days.even though they were not giving any response so I kindly request you to solve my issue as early as possible
The Amazon refunded 5635/- in my card on 10th Dec, 2020 but I have not received yet in my account.
Pls do the needful.
