staff misbehave

I am rahul khanchandani having a loan account in syndicate bank ekta nagar bareilly. I am paying my emi from last two years. Due to some problems i missed two emis of loan so bank persons came to my house and misbehave with my family members. And one of my relative also have account in same branch so bank lady was telling him about that i didn't pay this.. Is according to rbi details bank persons have the right to disclose the detail to third...

imps timed out

I was trying to transfer 16950 to an RBL account on 06/02/2018.the amount of Rs16950 was debited from my account and is not credited to the RBL account and few minutes later i got a msg saying that imps timed out at syndicate bank and it will take 2 working days to get the status.
I want the refund ASAP as the transaction i have made was for an emergency....

misbehaving

Dear sir, am a customer of our bank since 2010, am running bussiness... I had saving account, current account and od accounts in our bank... I came to bank on thrusday 31/1/2019 to deposit amount, and nefting amount to company... I was too late to going work, that's why i ask our employees to do nefting fast... And he reply in unparliamentary words and misbehaving with me... And another employees are supported to him... And he was misbehaving...

I'm complaining about receiving late otps from the bank server.

Hello,
I'm receiving late otps from syndicate bank server.. I'm trying to add my savings account to tez app (Googlepay). It requires the bank server to send me an otp within the session time which is about a minute.
As the otps are being sent late, i'm unable to add my account to tez. Please assist with this. It's important for me to add this account to tez app. Please do something about the server sending otps late....

refund status

Sir, i have ordered one product in amazon and paid through my atm card in online... For some reasons i have cancelled my order around 9days ago... Still the amount has been not refunded... On 8th jan i transferd rs 10000 to ali sayada my friend with account number [protected] in syndicate bank chholas branch thru upi bhim app. The upi reference no was[protected]. Transaction was successful first and then reversed by syndicate bank (No one has a answer as to why it was reversed.. And more importantly when transaction was reversed the amount was was not credited back to my account) but on 9th jan paytm claims they got confirmation...

refund money not reflected in my bank ac

Hi,
I ordered and returned a product to amazon. I made payment with my debitcard on 16 th the amount s 549rs but my card was blocked on 31 st jan now i got a new card when contacted amazon customer care they told to submit the charge dispute form to be submitted to amazon and gave the reference id i gave the same to syn bank they said they did but money was not credited still.
Kindly do the needful...

family pension processing after decease of pension holder

data protection

My bank acount information has been shared with a third party without my consent or knowledge. How could you do this to a loyal customer for more than 20 years. You will have to compensate on this. I already reported this issue to ombudsman.

It effected me and my family, you will have to apologise for this. You shared a sensitive information with an unknown person....

about atm amount transaction

Yesterday i have drawed rs.600 in atm but the amount is not outcomes from atm machine. But i got sms... Please consider this. And as fast as please refund my amount... transaction failed when using phonepe, amount not got refunded

Hi all,

I made a transfer of rs.333/- using phonepay. Amt got debited from my account but not credited in my friends bank account.
I made on 4, jan 2019.
Time 10:30

I talked with phone pay cc they said it will be refunded from ur bank within 24hrs. But till now i didn't got refunded....

deduction of service charges by bajaj finance

From my account Bajaj finance balance deducted as on[protected]:48pm and also deducted extra amount Your A/c XXX6652 is Debited with INR 236.00 on 03-JAN-2019 05:35:21 AM for Service charge so please do check and refund my extra money deducted 236 they have deducted 236 for the services charges so we don't understand why they have taken the services charges so we need the refund for this or information for why they have deducted service charges....

refund not yet credited. not even replying for the mail

Hello,

I have made a transaction using syndicate bank debit card to red bus through amazon pay. And transaction was sucessful. It was on the 17th december 2018.

I have cancelled the ticket in redbus on the same day. Both redbus and amazon pay initiated the refund on the same day. But it is not yet reflected in my bank account
