Syska Gadget Secure — Bad customer service | |||
I register claim on 2nd jan 2017 and my claim no [protected]. I mate with an accident and broke my phone my phone was insured by syska gadegt secure. After geeting in touch with concern employees of syska. I courierd the required documents. After 20 days my phone hasnt been picked up for repair or replacement afte that i got a call from syska agent to submit my phone in the samsung servise center chennai. The customer service has been pathatic. I already paid insurance amt at time of purchasing the product. They have not been intimating me about the process and current status. I did not expect this kind of service from syska this is very cheep and unprofessional behaviour. I regret purchasing... No status nothing from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
