Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a GIONEE F103 mobile from SIMTEL MOBILE PLANET, R.T NAGAR, BANGALORE on 8/3/2016.I Also opted for a insurance cover for the mobile from syska gadget...the biggest mistake I did at that time .My mobile got damaged in august and I visited ur basavangudi, Bangalore customer care centre for the claim and submitted the required docs and the damaged handset. I made three visits to this office. Each time I had to meet a fresh face and everytime I had to explain the whole incident which took place. The last visit they said the customer care wont be available anymore at basavangudi, instead I have to contact customer care by phone.I had my call log date on16/8/2016.

As per ur policy the settlement had to be done in 90 days...now it is more than 210 days...what a policy!!!
I have infact called the customer care more than 10 times from august 2016.The reply will be it will be done as soon as possible.
The last two calls were made on 23/2/[protected]@5.35p.m spoke to Mr.Mantesh and his higher up as told by mantesh Ms.Smitha Joseph.They were like robots repeating the same sentence...its taken on high priority...it will be done soon.
After this today 14/3/2017 @ around 12:00 noon I spoke to another set of people...I don’t know the first person name but the secon one was Ms.Amritha...now, I don’t have to say what was their reply...same as the earlier people.I have a doubt did I speak to Humans or Robots or answering machines??????????????????????!!!

To, settle a amount of Rs.7350, Syska gadgets is taking such time...and their slogan for one of their other product reads...lights years ahead...The last person told me that the case is taken on high priority with the finance department and will be cleared by 2-5 days.This is the last week I am waiting for it.

I waited for 7 months and have lost my patience...now, I have consulted my known lawyer friend and going for a consumer court if I don’t receive the paymeny by 7 days.You people have tortured me physically(running to ur office at basavangudi), mentally(thru calling), and monetarily...for which I will be filing a case ...hope u guys wake up and do the needful within 7 days.
