Sir/madam,
I have purchased syska womens trimmer silk touch fs 1088 and i am very disappointed with the product i have purchased, i have purchased this product last year but the product has gone to service centre two times - first time the machine was not working and second time i have to change the blade of the product, and again now the machine is not working. Even though i use to use this product rarely then also this kind of review i have to mention about the product. Sorry to say that but this is really a bad product.
So, it is my kindly request to you to replace the product because i am continuously facing problem with this product.

    We purchased syska 20000mah power bank from syska through flipkart on 27.4.2019 & received a bad quality product on 29th which stop working after one month. The product was order id: od[protected] & invoice number # faa9q[protected]
    After month of followup we received a message with reference no. Rvccr1906ssa00019 that we should deposit our defective product at their service centre & we will get a new product from our service centre. After a month followup with service centre we got a defective product again. From last 3 months we are continuously calling their customer service centre but neither they refunded our money nor they have delivered any product to us. We are feeling cheated & harrassed. We never expected such type of response from a company like syska. Highly disappointed with their services.

    Syska representative take back faulty power bank from us. But didn't deliver us the new power bank. This issue is open since 27th April 2019. Can you imagine the kind of harassment this company is giving to their customer. Neither they are refunding our amount nor they are sending us the new product. We are feeling cheated by this company. This is how they use customer money in their company. How shameful practice followed by such a know company. And they are saying customer not received product. Do you have any proof of saying this statement?

    This issue is still pending, it is not resolved. Customer care called only once. The moment I picked up the call it gets disconnected. They don't event tried to call again.
    The trimmer is not working properly. The motor is working fine but when i put the blades on its stops working and by chance if it does it doesn't trim my hairs.

      I had purchased a gionee handset and had taken an insurance for the same through syska gadget secure... The handset got damaged and i sent it for a claim on 1st oct 2016... Complaint no being [protected].. I was asked to send the handset along with a few documents... I did everything they asked and was asked to wait for claim settlement... Now its been three years and all i get from their side is to have patience we are working on it... How long do they expect me to wait... I want my insurance claim..

        Earlier i bought defective syska led lantern from croma on dated 02/08/19. Than croma replaced it with same model on dated 05/08/19. I left bombay on 06/08/19 for my hometown where i want to use this product. But after a long try it is not working. Very bad experience about two reputed brand syska and croma. Kindly make a arrangement for returning the product. When i come to bombay on 25/08/19. It was very insulting moment for me.

          But then answer me this model is not available.
          Then i was send it for replace, then gave me another model he 5300,
          But its not connected any mobile

          Many time make me full

            Without any reason claim for the compensation is rejected. When I asked about the reason, they said it's not an accidental damage but it was. As the handset was dropped by mistake and after 2 days the screen got blurred from inside and it was not working properly. Initially, they were not sending intimation but anyway i organised to find it through complaint status there was written your claim is rejected for the above mentioned reason. After so many calls to customer care, irrevalant reasons were given to reject it.

                Hii i'm a syska ht800 cordless trimmer user.
                My product was under warranty and unfortunately it sttoped working and it was unable to charge and it was fully dead. When i gave it to service centre they changed my trimmer's blade with a stucked and poor quality blade which was not mine. And they are asking for 200 for replacement of new blade. I want my original blade which was in working and very good condition. I have already seen this kind of problem with a mobile user in the service centre. They make fools to customers hope you will take strict action against them.

                    I have purchased a female trimmer which came as a faulty product. When I contacted the customer care they picked up the product and called that they will charge for the repair..However, I received the faulty product..I think u guys are deliberately sending the faulty products to charge once customer buys your product. Ur customer care executive also denied to escalate the call to senior claiming that she is the senior most in the organization..I think u guys should shut down.

                      We had bought syska led tubelight on june 28th 2017. Last march it stopped working and i raised a complaint regarding the same with syska customer care. They said they are going to send some person to pick up the faulty tubelight and send replacement once received. I followed up for a month, after that some courier guy came to pick it up and i got replacement after another 2 weeks. We opened the box only to find a damaged tubelight. It was bent and useless...

The servicing of trimmer had done from hyderabad servicing centre the same technical issue by the gadget the trimmer is not powering on the trimmer is once again showing the same problem

                        I bought a syska ht3052k cordless trimmer trimmer on 17th Oct 2018 from Flipkart the invoice number (FAAAE[protected]) and it has 2 years of warranty. One year online additional warranty. It suddenly got spoiled (Sound of burst) while in use. I called customer care and they asked me to proceed it to their services center. Which I did by traveling 40km from my home. But They are asking me to pay for changing the board while under warranty period for the manufacture defect form using low quality diode. They say that short circuit is not covered under warranty. But the board shorted do to the manufacture used bed quality diode. where is my fault, I wasn't charging products when device got spoiled. I was using it to trim my hair. i didn't do anything to the product to spoile it. It suddenly got spoiled while in use in my hand. What if it got fire or my face got burned. Only thanks to God nothing that sort heppent to me. Its a simple matter of faulty diode which was placed by the manufacture. During the manufacturing stage. I need product to be replaced..

                          Its been 45 days since i have complained about my defective iron. They have picked it but now they are not replacing my product.

                              I'm not satisfied with led emergency bulb.
                              The bulb is damaged the dealer is not replacing it. Past 1 year i took this product. The dealer is saying that this 7w is out of order. He is saying since 1 week. Even though it has warranty.

                                Hello sir my self ramiz galariya I was buy syska trimmer ht200 on 03-feb-2019. I bought this for my self but I used it 1 time only second time when I try to use it I fill that it is not working and damaging my skin. Then I check that spring of trimmer blade is not on his actual place.

                                I ask about service center and they recommend me service center in rajkot which is 45 km from my place. Today special I was go to the service center. They said there is a spring defect and it is connected to blade so warranty is not covered in blade. This very ridiculous that spring problem is connected to blade and in just one months without my fault I need to pay 350+ amount for this.

                                There is no any defect of blade but they said we don't have only spring available in part so you need to change blade too.

                                This is your fault that you don't have spring only in your stock. This is my first syska product and very ridiculous and meanless experience I have fill from your company.

                                  I have do the 2.5 year ago complain. But ur not solve my phone or money. My phone amount 51000/- and syska suker 2500. He say our company very good but i m saying very bad expiriancr in ur company any time i m call to ur costmer exucative he say very bad answer. Aprox i have 50 time call every time answer he say only 15 day i have give money bur after 2.5 year not give my money.

After continuous fallow up they send me product which is same one without any performance correction.
                                        I am still following up with them still no response getting.
                                        It's really bad experience with syska product and support.

                                        We Discussed with customer, Issue is resolved.
                                        Ordered Syska Essential 4-socket surge protector Spike from amazon and it stopped working after 10 days. their customer service is not responding properly to my complaints. worst products and worst customer service ever. will never buy any syska products.
                                        I brought 50 tube lights from Amazon from that
                                        I got 4 pieces diffractive sets
                                        My LED is fused. I bought it through amazon.in, where to replace it i don't know also local shopkeepers are not interested in that.
