    I ordered a trimmer from official syska website.
    The price was 749.
    I was charged rs.75 extra as delivery cost even though the website specifically says shipping charge will be free above purchase of rs.500.
    After payment i did not receive any confirmation regarding shipping or processing of my product.
    Whan i went back to website that trimmee was not showing anymore.
    I tried emailing the company and tried to contact their customer care service mulitiple times but no response.

      Address: Syska, main office located in pune

      Placed prepaid order for a trimmer ht3030k on 22/05/2020, order no.#[protected] from syska website, but till date the product is not delivered nor got any update about the delivery. I sent so many emails regarding this but no reply till date, even contacted cust care for this, but they are so rude n on top of that they don't give any information.

        I ordered the syska ht5000k trimmer in syska website and it got delivered on jun4th but i cant able to find the bill or invoice copy of the trimmer.

        I sent emails to [protected]@syskapersonalcare.com, [protected]@syska.co.in is also not delivering and the help desk number is not at all helpfull. Cc informed we are esculating the issue and i will receive an email but nothing happened from there end.
        I regret the purchase i made in syska

            RVCCR2003RVS00388 is my complaint reference number. I bought this product from Amazon 2 months back and unfortunately as I was abroad opened the product for use on 25th Feb. The product has a manufacturing defect as the screw holding the blade keeps falling of. I called customer care and they promised to arrange a reverse pick within 48 hours and now it's almost more than a week. Whenever I call customer care they give false promise and not ready to route my call to manager and they are very rude. I have sent atleast 10 mails to check the update but no response. I really don't know what to do. Syska seriously needs to address customer issues serioisly. The product is hair trimmer

              I raised a complaint about a power bank not giving enough power backup. the syska customer care gave me a reference number to visit the nearest authorized service centre. The reference number is RVCCR2002WEM00019. The name of the service centre is We Care service centre. They took my power bank and told me that today is Saturday we will create a login id on this reference number on Monday and gave me visiting card and asked to call them on Monday. I called them on Monday they told me that they've sent the power bank to check the issue. Now it's been two week since I gave them the power bank. They are not giving me proper answer as well as no receipt. Today I tried to call them and their both numbers were switched off. What can I do now? My name is Akshay Giri

                We purchased 2 syska led big bulbs exact 1yr back with company warranty of 2yrs. Within year both are now flickering n shop where we purchased is shut down. I have been contacting syska care number for 10 days now. The lady only tells about complaint being registered n tells senior will contact in a day. However no one ever called me nor did i get any proof of complaint. So basically, syaka is cheating customers about its customer care service n warranty.

Since that time; that Power Bank never capable to charge any Mobile, i.e. After plug-in Syska 10000 mAh Power Bank (Fast Charging, 10W) to charge a mobile, after 1/2 an hours their own Charging Power fluctuating/disable like that Power Bank Not Charged.

                    मैं सिस्का एलइडी एमरजैंसी बल्ब नहीं जलने के कारण सिस्का कस्टमर केयर  द्वारा Complain ID EC[protected], 15 अक्टूबर 2019 को  दर्ज कराई थी .उस समय मेरा प्रोडक्ट वारंटी में था, कस्टमर केयर द्वारा बोला गया कि आपको 1 सप्ताह में प्रोडक्ट का पिकअप आपके पते पर  फोन करके  कुरियर  टीम द्वारा हो जाएगी.  मैं प्रत्येक सप्ताह कॉल करके कस्टमर केयर द्वारा जानकारी लेता रहा, वह बार-बार वही बोलते रहे कि आपका प्रोडक्ट की पिकअप 1 सप्ताह या 15 दिन में  हो जाएगी. एक दिन  मैंने कॉल किया तो कस्टमर केयर ने बोला कि  प्रोडक्ट की पिकअप कुरियर टीम द्वारा आपके पते पर फोन करके आया था तो आप लेने से इंकार कर दिए, जिसके कारण कंप्लेन बंद कर दिया गया है. मैंने बोला कि मेरे पते पर कोई कुरियर टीम का व्यक्ति नहीं आया है और ना ही कॉल आया है, यह सिर्फ डिलीवरी करने से बचने के लिए किया जा रहा है तो उसने एक नया कंप्लेन EC[protected] दर्ज किया और बोला कि 1 सप्ताह या 15 दिन में आपको प्रोडक्ट पिकअप हो जाएगी. मैं प्रत्येक सप्ताह कॉल करते रहा .हमें हमेशा यही बोला जाता था कि आपको प्रोडक्ट की पिकअप 1 सप्ताह या 15 दिन में हो जाएगी, लेकिन आज कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया तो डिलीवरी करने से साफ इंकार कर दिया और बोला कि आपकी प्रोडक्ट वारंटी में नहीं है.
                     आप इसका सही समाधान करके प्रोडक्ट की पिकअप कराएं  या इसके प्रति उचित करवाई करें. इसके लिए मैं आपका आभारी बना रहूंगा

                      Two defective bulbs under waranty were picked up from my house on 4-2-20and returned only one bulb 12-2-20.
                      Customer care told me that 2 bulbs were picked up from my home, as mentioned in pick up slip, but ware house has received only one bulb.
                      Sir, the pick up agency is companies agency, ware house is under their control. Its non of my fault.
                      My submission is only this that two bulbs were picked up from my end and i should get two bulbs in exchange.

                        I am very irritated from service of syska, actually i am purchased a product syska trimmer kit from flipkart,, whitch to flipkart, after some time i have faced problem to set cap adjustment, i have returned that product in warranty to the company for repair, i have that completed all process with mail n proper evidence of photos attached, also that time syska taken almost 2 months to send my product to me, but the cap problem is not resolved whitch i mailed to syksa, when i purchased the product that time on product a little scratch like opened screw, but i have no time left to return to product so i planned to forgot some wear n tear and lets use this as it is condition, they have many time committed to give proper service and status will giving me spacific time, but cant got any reply in estimated time, i have been take many much follow up on call and mail,, from last 3 months. But the product still not received me or not status is confirmed also.
                        The reference no is rvcc1909rvs00652, i also mailed to describe know the what is service providing me on call n mail.. Like following some text from which i mailed on [protected]@syskapersonalcare.com to syska is -
                        Syska customer care told me three times to wait 48 hours for receive of my queries n products status detail to me, but no any status received till now.. I have very dissatisfied with your service. I have called many much time to take follow up but this is worthless, no any status received of my product. N my product is not received with almost have 3 months to submitted. May i ask you as per your policy how many time requirements you to repair my trimmer? Is that too much time gone. I suggest you if your team is bot able to give my product or status in required time then plz give me my money back
                        After mail no help or any support got me, also no any body serious to sort out my issue to find my product is where or what is status of my product, there is no coordination with mailing team with customer representative care executive or team and also senior team n repair center team, i called syska tollfree nuber [protected] when i call the every time need to explain from first to last what happen nd details of my case
                        When i ask what is estimated time is your service then he is not provided exact time of service n of syska is not possible to give my product as well condition then what will i do or syska doing next.
                        When the representiative needs on mail any detial, my adrees on that time are all provided by me
                        Now i am not intrested to once again call or mail to syska, coz in this case i called to toll free is up to 20 times n mailed up to 10 times

                          I registered a complaint about my syska led bulbs which were not working as inverters. Your customer care executive generated a complaint no. Ec[protected]. And he advised me to mail the soft copy of the invoice bill.
                          On 23rd october they told me to send the courier from my end as my area does not fall under for reverse pick-up. I shipped those led bulbs through india post with tracking id ce[protected]in. Those bulbs were delivered to you on 31/10/2019.
                          But till now your customer care executives kept on telling me to wait for next 15-20 days and your work is under process.
                          Today it has been more than 45 days when i has sent you those bulbs but ic have not recieved any response from your side.in between they again arranged arranged the pickup through delivery but they were already sent to tou. Total it has costed me around 1000/- rupees. Now i am totally frustrated.

                          After so much calls and mails to customer care at last on 26/12/19 i got a message that the bulbs will be despatched within 72 hrs and docket no be shared with me. But till now no i have got no response from your side.

                          Already four month have passed. If you cannot give me those led bulbs back then return my those bulbs which i have sent to you i e for which i have paid money.

                            I insured my samsung galaxy j7 phone with "syska gadget secure". I have surrendered the phone to samsung service centre on 23/06/2016.                               Even it's been charged for half an hour. It's not working.
                              The trimmer is showing a blue round led image appearing when switched on along with the full battery icon. And when charged the round led keeps being there with the charging symbol.

                                I bought trimmer on 25 december 2018 model no ht100u from flipkart it has warranty of twe years
                                Trimmer is not working properly i charged it for maximum 8 hours but it get discharged in 5 min and it has starting problem it's blade is not running sometimes it's blade stopped working during use and sometimes it's blade get sucked in beard and moustache.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I purchased syska ht3052k ultragroom multi grooming kit on 18.01.2019 through amazon. It is regretting that only after a period of 7 months it has stopped working properly. All of its trimmer heads are not performing their work. Even when i apply the same for trimming the beard its hurting my face skin. On 04.11. I9 i raised the complaint to '[protected]@syskapersonalcare.com' and requested them resolve the issue by replacing/repairing the kit as the product is under warranty for two years.in their reply they conveyed to contact toll free number[protected].

                                  Even i am calling customer care toll free number[protected] so many times, no one is there to pick up the call. Please find the attached call recorded for your reference since the call was continued for more than 16 minutes, even though there was no one there to pick up the call.

                                  The same have been narrated to [protected]@syskapersonalcare.com also but there was not response i have recieved so far.

                                  Sir, i need your immediate intervention into this matter and help me in resolving the same.

                                  I ordered a syska power bank after 14 days i face some problem my power bank switch has some problem so i decided to replace it after 20 days of picking up order i don't get my product back. Delivery boy pick it. After 20 days i don't get it.Delivery boy came and picked it. After 20 days I don't get it. If i cant get it i will complain to police.

                                    I have purchased one syska sst 40 w led street light through amazon on 17/10/2018. This unit failed on 28/10/2019 & the same is informed to the toll free no of syska on 30/10/2019. An e-mai is also send to them in this regard. The complant id i received is ec[protected]Kl[protected] dtd 30/10/2019. No action is taken by syska to rectify the fault/ to replace the faulty unit. Even today the status of my complaint in their portal is "action is being taken". Can i expect a replacement/ repair in recent future?

                                      This is to inform you that i purchased a spike cord (Extension board) of model no. Ssk-ebu-0301 on dated 26.05.2019 but it stops working. I complained (Complain no. Jh[protected] and service engineer nitesh checked but did not replaced it because the item was purchased from bhopal. Since i am presently in dhanbad district of jharkhand state dealer (Nitesh engineer) refused to replace it. I have called to customer care of syska for replacement. Every time calls go on ringing. No one there to assist.
                                      You are requested to kindly replace my extension cord as soon as possible. I shall be highly obliged to you.

                                        I've Purchased Syska Power BAnk Of 11000 Mah Model ( X-110) On August 20, The Power Bank Was Working Fine For Some Days, However, Now It Is Not Working Due To Some Issue, Not Sure That How Can A 11000 Mah Power Bank Can Charge Only 1 Bar Of Charging Of 4100 Mah Phone, There Is Hige Fault Which Seems To Be There & My Power Bank is Under 6 Months Warranty, Hence Need An Exchange Of It On Immediate Basis.
