CIN No [protected] claim about my mobile SAMSUNG J7 is pending. I have told that on tracker the expected delivery date on 21/1/2017. Wmen i call on customer care No[protected] The call attendent told me that I YOU RECIEVE YOUR DEVICE ON 21/1/2017, 24/1/2017, 26/1/2017but till on 31/1/2017 I have not recieved my device samsung J7 It is too late .please hand over me my device as early as possible

When i call on customer care No[protected] The call attendent told me that You will recieve your device on 21/1/2017, 24/1/2017, 26/1/2017 but till on 31/1/2017 I have not recieved my device samsung J7.
