Syska Gadget Secure — claim not received even after 19 months of lodging claim | |||||
I had lodged claim on 8th December 2016. They have taken back my handset with all accessories & All box of the mobile. After taking the handset, they said that the handset is irrepairable & I will received the claim of 50% of the value of the mobile phone. It is July 2018 & still they have not transferred the claim money to me. When I ask the customer care they say all formalities have been completed from my side & they are trying their best to transfer the claim money.
