Hello, This this devendra kumar from delhi / CIN no. [protected] / COUPON NO.20982749. My damaged handset(samsung galaxy S7 edge) get collected by executive on 02.01.2017 and today is 15.02.2017 its almost one and half month and i don't know by when i will receive my phone back..according to customer care its under repair from 17.01.2017, , , i called so many times to customer care but i get the same response always that your phone sent to service center for repair on 17.01.2017 that's it...afterward they don't know by when it will be done the repairing and by when i will get it back... i don't know what to do????
