Our complaint no : - [protected], and coupon no :[protected] of phone set model “ Gionee p4s ” with IMEI no : - [protected].
Our phone is under your insurance period of ‘ syska gadget secure ’ of MRP : 599/-. Our phone claim has accidental physically damaged on 4th july, 2016 and we have informed you and delivered by our set to “Chhabra Telecom, 14, 1st floor, om ji tower, near orientel bank of commerse, Alwar, Rajasthan” as directed by you people.
We have submitted all documents and hard copy to ‘Chhabra Telecom’ as informed by us and to service center gave all hard copy to Mr. Rajkumar and his phone no :- [protected] respectively. But he doesn’t uploaded that all documents to your officially site to you and haven’t took any painagainst our claim/ complaint.we met him many times and talked about our complaint he always replied that he has uploaded all documents to you and you are not answering him in return.
Our mobile phone is there for last 2 months and we are facing many problems without that so, we requested to you sir that please our case reopen it and help us to get claim back.
