Syska Gadget Secure — Repaired phone not being delivered | |||||
Cin: [protected] So here it is for you the screwed up syska team #syskagadgetsecure.! The so-called insurance tean saying #choosesyska #choosesecurity #.. Lol to your team! So basically the story is: My husband ravish's phone was broken for xyz reasons.. On 5 december.. So since we had the best #syskagadgetsecure insurance. We were relieved of the consequences.. Since it was an accidental damage.. But this turned out to be a horror of my life literally.. I called up these guys and informed about the damage.. They tell me the procedure and i follow it religiously. I filled the forms, took screenshots, scanned papers. Etc, etc. However still the phone was not picked up until 16 december.. Anyways, nevertheless it was finally picked so i was calm.. But the saddest story started later.. I called these guys after a few days to check on the status of my phone, to which i got to know my phone claim has been passed and i finally got a msg that my fone has been repaired. Now that was on 3rd january.. Today is 8th of january.. I spoke to an executive who said my phone would be delivered to me on 25 january.. I mean the phone is repaired.. Samsung guys called me and said that syska people are not picking up your phone.. So why on earth is it becoming so difficult for these guys to get my phone to me? Every day i spare time to call these guys n keep listening to one same script: we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.. To hell with you and your sorry man. Just get me my freaking phone.. I have been chasing you people for ages i believe now.. I am tired of even calling now.. I would never ever take up your insurance again first, and never ever advice any of my friends or family to take your insurance for sure.. Thank you but no thank you for your useless help.. Finally, i urge my friends to not take #syskagadgetsecure insurance while buying an expensive phone.. We have a lot of options now.. Your most annoyed customer..
