Syska Gadget Secure — Fooling consumers on the pretext of providing insurance | |||
I damaged my samsung galaxy edge phone and the ecreen was broken for which i had insured it from syska when i bought th enew phone costing 45500. I cplaine dit to syska customer care the same day on 08/03/2016 and registered my complaint. The very next day i get a message from syska saying that my claim has been rejected due to negligant handling of phone. I called up their cusomer care and was just told to go thru terms and conditions . This is purely cheating as all this was never told when buying insurance.
