Syska Gadget Secure — I am complaing about insurence my phone in syska but it not clear my insurence

My name is sumit kumar. I am a student i hve bought iphone 5s and i insurenced my phone by syska gadget secure. I got a accident in august then my phone got damaged so i claim in syska customer care, they accept my complain then i go to next process to get insurence to syska on 9th august 2016. I uploaded my all douctment whict they demand but now 3 month he make me fool or say u hve uploaded wrong douctment until i upload my all correct douctment then he say u hve uploaded wrong douctment oh 31 aug 2016 but i am not any upload douctment on 31 aug. They make me fool before 3 month so i want to complain to the syska gadget secure company regarding insurence. My syska complain no is [protected] and my insurance value is 13500 rs. So please help me as soon as possible i am a student and i m in problem before threee months.
