Syska Gadget Secure — Insurance claim not paid by syska - claim number [protected] | |||
Hi My phone (Iphone 6s) was stolen on 13th of june, 2016. I had applied for insurance claim with syska on 14th june. They asked me to submit mandatory documents like the phone bill, police fir copy, mobile service provider's declaration, etc. All documents were first submitted online. It is to be noted here that document submission itself took one month. They kept writing stating that documents are not complete and asked me to resubmit the docs multiple times. Finally they confirmed receipt of all documents around 11th/12th of july. The approval for the claim was done on 19th of july. After the approval, they asked me to submit the original documents at their office. I couriered all the documents to their pune office on 19th and it was received by them on 20th of july. They confirmed having received it and informed me that it will take 90-120 days for payment to be received. As of today, it is 127 days, and no commitment from syska team. They are not even committing a date and the customer care department is filled with juniors who do not know the actual status of the payment. Please help me get my money.
