[Resolved] Syska Gadget Secure — Insurance money not refunded

It's regarding insurance claim for the mobile (Complaint number [protected]). I've got the message in july stating the amount has been sanctioned. I had visited the branch and submitted all the relevant
Documents. At, "synergy enterprise (Asc30262), shop no 11, 12, 13 siddhi apartment shriprashta, 1st radd nalasopara west,
Nalasopara, thane, maharashtra". I was told via email and call that the amount will returned by october 2016. Since then, they are not replying on call or emails. I am waiting for my money which is more than 10000 and over a year now. Please please please please help me.

Updated by Sameer_qrs Thanks. I received a call from Syska and they are ready to transfer the amount. But I am strange to know that they are asking for the credit card number or the debit card number. I told them I'd give you my bank account number or you issue me a DD. They just want my debit card number and details. Is it right procedure or spam?

Updated by Sameer_qrs I received an email from Syska as they need my bank statement which I will provide them however, any update on spam, they were asking for the debit card number.
