Sub- Physically damage of My Samsung J7 prime phone
Respected Sir/Madam
With due respect and humble submission I beg to state you that I am Tajinder Kaur purchased Syska Gadget Secure in this year for my handset which I had recently bought Feb 8, 2017 Samsung J7 Prime for Rs.16, 900 and I had only used it for three and a half months.
On May 21, 2017, when I was going in somewhere before reached here suddenly mishappening were occurred with me.
When I was driving my scooty, one big ditch instantly came in front of my scooty that time I have not been able to control myself and tumble in that ditch. And that time my cell phone tumble in drain and it's front display had been destroyed. And it's not working.
As I looked into my insurance policy documents, I found out that I am covered for physical damage of my gadgets. Is this accident and me and my cellphone were both physically destroyed.
But your insurance security were not allowed me to get claim of this my accident and refuse my proposal and not consider that claim in physical damage security. I will not be able to afford such kind of lose that's why I complaint my issue to consumer forum about that matter my complained no.-281623.
I would appreciate it if you could settle my claim as soon as possible to enable me to buy a new handset so that I can work unhindered.
I would appreciate a prompt action in this regard.

My Ratings = ZERO w.r.t SYSKA LED service .
A company selling good products can SURVIVE in the long run as long as its customers are happy with the SERVICE provided to them, and in my case the defective product is still Under Warranty, for which i am seeking replacement, putting so much of my time and effort. I hope they wake up.
