I have taken the insurance of syska so that my phone gets protected but i was wrong.. Its the scheme of fooling people and playing with their money.. My claim got sanctioned 6 months back. Samsung paid their share 4 months back but syska is still giving excuses and cannot commit a specific date or a month.. I am enclosing my claim number along with this mail.. I need a quick response regarding my affair otherwise i ll seek legal help.

    Issue:
    Seeking free replacement of one syska led bulb (Not working) as per invoice details attached (Pdf file). Item purchased online through flipkart and is under warranty.

    The syska customer care person assured me on 15 june 2017 (While registering my complaint) that i my defective item will soon be picked and new replacement will be provided. But no communication or action from syska side so far.
    Syska Gadget Secure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    i have emailed to [protected]@syskaledlights.com regarding my issue ( dated 15 june 2017) providing them registered complaint number along with Invoice ( as attachment file).

    Prior to this email was sent to [protected]@syskaledlights.com on 13 June 2017 along with Invoice ( as attachment file).

    Prior to this email was sent to [protected]@syskaledlights.com on 08 June 2017, providing "references".

    Prior to this email was sent to [protected]@syskaledlights.com on 23 May 2017 .

    Apart from these emails ( period= a month ), a number of calls were made at SYSKA toll free number[protected] .

    My Ratings = ZERO w.r.t SYSKA LED service .

    A company selling good products can SURVIVE in the long run as long as its customers are happy with the SERVICE provided to them, and in my case the defective product is still Under Warranty, for which i am seeking replacement, putting so much of my time and effort. I hope they wake up.

      I bought 15w+18 w bulb through flipkart. They are not working so contacted syska.
      I initiated request for replacement immediately by calling syska.
      Courier from dotzot came and picked both the bulbs.
      But i didn't receive any replacement till now. Its been almost 1 year.

      It will be one year with in 5 days since i mailed.

          I delivered my mobile for repair under insurance claim, instead of repairing they started to acess my whatsapp and gmail and they are not giving my mobile back to me, they are just fooling people in the name of insurance once you give your mobile for repair they will not return it back to you and whenever you will call their customer care they will only give you assurance, no information will be provided to you about your mobile.

            Complaint register no: [protected], logged in the month of april. The display was broken and the handset had insurance. We send the handset to claim insurance to syska gadget and after 30 days i was asked to pay inr 450 for courier charge to send the device back, which i did and was informed that the handset is ready. Since then i have called syska many times and they are not sending the device back. Every time i call them they say that the handset will be shipped today or tomorrow and this has been going on for 1 month now.

            Kindly help me get the handset back

              I have purchased my new intex shine 4g champ, i got my phone insured syska gadget secure from very first day.
              Attached are the proofs of my phone bills and insurance policy.

              Unfortunately my phone display had broken and i have submitted my phone to syska team on 15th jan 2017. They provide me cin-[protected] number and assured me that issue will get resolves in 48 hours.

              Since then, today is 16th june 2017 and i am continuously following up syska team to get my phone back but all in vein.

              Its had been already 6 months that i am calling syska more than thousand times to know the status of my claim, but getting no response from them.

              Their executives are not uttering a single word for my case.

              At the end they asked me to send a email so that they can can close the case and return me damaged phone to me. After n number of calls i have dropped them an email on 9th may 2017 to return my damaged phone if they can not make it repair. I harassed alot by syska. I have spend huge amount on phone calls to syska that costs me more than the purchase value of my phone.

              After dropping them an email. They again asked me to wait for 48 hours. But till now i did not get any reponse from the except their computer generated response email.

              I request govt to ban such agencies who harrased their customer ans not able to fulfill their job or promises.

              Kindly help me to get back my phone.

                    The complaint was raised in november and as per them the claim got approved in january. They have timeline of 90 to 120 days for claim amount. But it's been 8 months now.
                    Please help.

                      I've registered my claim on 19th august 2016. I was told a big list of documents to submit, same i've done and submitted in given time by syska. I had submitted documents in delhi office and too i've a receiving copy with me. Than i got a massage from syska that my claim is approved and i'll be getting my claim anytime between november end or december starting. Later on i called to customer care many times and every time i was given a new excuse and new time.
                      No resolution found from customer care. Than i complained on syska's facebook page. Next day my complaint was deleted from there and i was blocked on syska's facebook page. After all this massive situation, i contacted head office pune ([protected]). I was assured from head office three times saying that it's on priority basis you'll get money in your account anyhow within one week and that too was failed. And now on 1st of june i'm getting a massage that my claim is rejected because i haven't submitted my documents.
                      Please answer -:
                      1. If i haven't submitted my documents than from where mu documents and claim was approved?
                      2. If i haven't submitted my documents than for what company was processing amount transfer in my account?
                      3. If i haven't submitted my documents than why every time i was convinced by call centre that amount transfer is processed.
                      4. If i haven't submitted my documents than for what head office people promised 3 times for one week, the deadline time.

                      This all is given to me by the company.

                      Now also i can say proud to be indian.

                      I have submit Mobile to Syska care in March for damage repair, but still I am not getting it back.
                      Every time whenever I call to customer care they said mobile under repairing (since 3 month).and wee have escalate to higher management but I think there Higher management are don't have shame as I have escalate many times.
                      My case ID [protected] dated 5 Sep 2016. Case have been approved but no answer for giving my money. Today is 16 June 2017. This is the record they are trying to set for customer care. Syska is the worst, cheapest, fraudster, pathetic company I have ever seen in my life. My suggestion is to take it to the consumer court and make sure they are locked for ever and not even allowed to enter the business world

                        The Samsung phone (Galaxy J7) given for repairing on 23rd June 2016 in Samsung service centre ([protected]) for display problem. They replied to handover all the accessories as spare part is not available and they were asked to take the refund from the Insurance company "Syska Gadget Secure". As per their advise on August 2016 I given my phone and all the accessories to the company. The refund which was expected within three months, until now the refund is not received even after so many followups. Now it is more than 11 months.
                        Kindly look into it.

                              I have taken insurance from Syska Gadget Secure vide Coupon Code no.10682662 for my Samsung Mobile Phone . Due to accidental damage I claimed vide CIN No.[protected] on 18/03/2017. As advised by them I sent the equipment through courier, which was received by Syska and conformed through their portal. Till date, after 70 days, they have not repaired my phone and also there is not any proper assurance regarding the matter from their customer care centre.

                                With due respect and humble submission I beg to state you that I am Tajinder Kaur purchased Syska Gadget Secure in this year for my handset which I had recently bought Feb 8, 2017 Samsung J7 Prime for Rs.16, 900 and I had only used it for three and a half months.
                                On May 21, 2017, when I was going in somewhere before reached here suddenly mishappening were occurred with me.
                                When I was driving my scooty, one big ditch instantly came in front of my scooty that time I have not been able to control myself and tumble in that ditch. And that time my cell phone tumble in drain and it's front display had been destroyed. And it's not working.
                                As I looked into my insurance policy documents, I found out that I am covered for physical damage of my gadgets. Is this accident and me and my cellphone were both physically destroyed.
                                But your insurance security were not allowed me to get claim of this my accident and refuse my proposal and not consider that claim in physical damage security. I will not be able to afford such kind of lose that's why I complaint my issue to consumer forum about that matter my complained no.-281623.
                                I would appreciate it if you could settle my claim as soon as possible to enable me to buy a new handset so that I can work unhindered.
                                I would appreciate a prompt action in this regard.

                                      I have purchased Syska Gadget Secure last year. Last October 2016, my device got broken and I have requested for insurance claim. From October 2016, I am following up it with the concern team but till now there is no proper support from there side. As per the last 6 conversation with the customer care, they said your payment is approved but not released. I don't understood that, after the payment approved why there is a 6 months delay in releasing the payment. I need a solution for this issue at the earliest.
