My CIN is [protected] On 11th april i registered a claim for insurance. All the 8 documents they want were sent by me at proper way..besides this i sent all documents on [protected]@Syskagadgetsecure.com within 15 days..documents are also sent by authorized samsung dealer... But on 19th may i got a msg..that my jobcard has been closed.i called them on [protected] many times.but found them confused all the time. And reply is also varied all the times..
