Syska Gadget Secure — Mobile not repaired neither amount paid by Syska | |||
Dear Sir, Job Card No-[protected] I bought Syska Gadget Secure insurance with my Sony Xperia mobile in Nov 2014. In Feb-2015, some water drop entered in mobile and I found some problem while operating it. I called to Syska on this issue and they collected my mobile after 8-10 days. It is committed by Syska that they will regularly update on the status. I have not received any call neither any update from there end after one month. Then i have started to call them on weekly basis and every time they asked that claim is under process and it will take time. When i asked when i will receive my mobile, they said they can’t commit any date. In every call i got different feedback from their end. In April, they told that it is complete loss of mobile, company told that they will pay 90% of mobile price. They asked to upload cancelled cheque and accordingly i uploaded cancelled cheque. Again i have started to follow-up for the status. In May-15 there was no any update at their end and only said it is under financial process. Today that is on 27-may-15, they said that your claim request is rejected as you have not launched the complain within 48 hrs after the incident. I am very much surprised about the process followed in Syska and after 5 months they are saying like that you should lodged the complain within 48 hrs. They never raised this issue during last 5 months. I really very disappointed with this company and suggest each and every mobile user not to use this product in future.
