Syska Gadget Secure — My Device not being returned back | |||||
Hello my phone samsung galaxy edge 7 was sent for the repair of screen on 20 Jan'17, i got the approval for insurance on 21st jan'17 and after many many calls and updates, expected delivery date was mentioned in the online portal as 5th march'17. But i didn't received the handset yet as of today i.e, 20 march'17. I called them up for like 100 times but they don;t give any exact information like date of delivery, just say that it's under process. Your Device has been repaired, just the delivery part is left. My CIN Number - [protected] It's been exact 2 months now and i haven't received my handset yet! I have purchased Samsung tablet and insurance it.My handset has company taken at end of December. My phone has been broken. Now 14 march. I have not received my handset. I want to know that when my handset received it. My complaint no [protected]. Your company is useless. Handset recovered in 1 month is maximum.
