I have insured my samsung J7 mobile under syska gadget secure . I have made complaint for repair of my mobile due to accidental damage on 22/11/2016 and same has been accepted by syska company and accordingly i have sent my mobile for repair but till today i am not getting feedback from syska team. I have been calling to syska customer care since 01/01/2017 till date. I have called them 16 times, i have also sent them mail but till today i am not geeting any feedback neither my handest . my CIN no for syska is [protected] coupon code 43681388 . I am handicaped without hanset there site show mobile will be delivered on 03/01/2017 but today is 1/02/17 no feedback from them . Request you to look into matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
