Syska Gadget Secure — Payment not received for mobile theft case | |||||
Sir, I sincerely want to inform you about the incident of my cellphone samsung galaxy s6 (G920i) which was been theft on 11/07/2016 from indore. My complaint no. Is [protected]. It has almost been 9 months and i havent been credited with my claim amount. I called syska customer care for several times regarding the claim amount to be transfered in my bank account, every time i had called the customer care person told me to wait and said that he has transfered the request to the authority! But there is no response from the authority. I dont know how much time will they be taking for respnding. Although my documents were complete and submitted on time, claim amount has also been approved from the company. I have kept waiting and now it has become an issue as the syska company is irresponsible and have been careless in concern for there customers. Please help me to get my claim and settle these case..
