Complaint number - [protected] My phone got accidentally damaged on01/08/2016 . I registered claim on same day. Every time I submit a document, they raised a query that they need another document. Finally, I submitted the phone on 8 th August. After 12 days, Claim got approved on 19th August, 2016. I have not received the phone till today (18th, oct, 2016), Its been 2 month and 19 days. I also got to know that their tie up got suspended with Samsung because they don't pay the Samsung service centre. They keep telling me every day that you will get your phone the next day. And today they said that spare part is not available. please make some solution for my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
