Complaint lodge date: 10/08/2016 Cin no.: [protected] Model: samsung galaxy a8 Resolution: repair for damage phone It's been more then 90 days they are waiting for the final approval for my mobile. Everytime im getting revert like we are working on it. Everytime i call i get the update from them saying they have escalated from last 45 days. Does any escalation take so many days to revert back??
