Syska Gadget Secure — Samsung galaxy phone j110h got damaged company refused to pay the insurance | |||||
I had bought a phone of Samsung Galaxy J110H (ace white) from the Diamond Electronics Margao on 16th November 2015, Invoice Number 25648. On 15th January 2016, at 12:00pm, I was proceeding for work with my bike my phone accidentally my phone slipped from my pocket & fell down on the road and the phone got damaged. I claimed for the insurance at Syska Gadget Secure as I have done my phone insurance with Syska Gadget Secure. The Insurance company rejected my claim saying that the phone got damaged due to negligence. When you do a insurance they should tell what is covered under insurance, they said the physical damage or total loss the insurance company will pay for it and now they are rejecting my complaint saying that my phone got damaged due to negligence which is not correct. The Syska Gadget Secure company is just giving false promises to the customers. I want the company to pay my damage cost or replace with a new handset as my business is getting affected as I cant use my phone for work purpose as my phone is damaged.
