Dear sir, I am ram gavande. I am purches the samsung j7 pro mobile on date 28/08/2017. And when my accident occurrde on 24/10/2017 my mobile got damaged. Since then, today is 05/05/2018, i have not met my mobile yet, when i called they inshurance company, i am getting a single answer under repair.
