My father who is a labour worker bought samsung j2 mobile in november with insurance from syska gadget secure. it went blank for half of screen and we dont know the problem. that night we left it for charging and in the morning it totally got blank. complained syska gadget secure regarding this and they rejected it saying negligence. please try to help us in regard this.
