Reference: syska complaint number : ec[protected] dated 15 june 2017 registered (By ms megha) Issue: Seeking free replacement of one syska led bulb (Not working) as per invoice details attached (Pdf file). Item purchased online through flipkart and is under warranty. The syska customer care person assured me on 15 june 2017 (While registering my complaint) that i my defective item will soon be picked and new replacement will be provided. Apart from these emails ( period= a month ), a number of calls were made at SYSKA toll free number[protected] .
My Ratings = ZERO w.r.t SYSKA LED service .
A company selling good products can SURVIVE in the long run as long as its customers are happy with the SERVICE provided to them, and in my case the defective product is still Under Warranty, for which i am seeking replacement, putting so much of my time and effort. I hope they wake up.
