I bought 1 led lamp from reliance super market on 2nd oct 2021...from fay one lamp not charging... I put complain to your customer care service. Complain done few times but there is no satisfaction at toll free number and your staff come at my home on 4th oct. 2021 he comes but there is no solution..he said our other technician will visit and replace that products. From 4th oct 2021 there are no one visit and replace my product... As i am unable to use the product . I am asking for it to customer care service many times and there are no satisfactory answer given by them. I request them to transfer call to the seniors but they refuses...really to much bad experience with syska... I will never purchase syska product in future and never recommended to any one for buy this company any product. I m requesting you to pls Shotout my problem as soon as possible..
