Syska Gadget Secure — syska poor quality power bank

We purchased syska 20000mah power bank from syska through flipkart on 27.4.2019 & received a bad quality product on 29th which stop working after one month. The product was order id: od[protected] & invoice number # faa9q[protected]
After month of followup we received a message with reference no. Rvccr1906ssa00019 that we should deposit our defective product at their service centre & we will get a new product from our service centre. After a month followup with service centre we got a defective product again. From last 3 months we are continuously calling their customer service centre but neither they refunded our money nor they have delivered any product to us. We are feeling cheated & harrassed. We never expected such type of response from a company like syska. Highly disappointed with their services.

Syska representative take back faulty power bank from us. But didn't deliver us the new power bank. This issue is open since 27th April 2019. Can you imagine the kind of harassment this company is giving to their customer. Neither they are refunding our amount nor they are sending us the new product. We are feeling cheated by this company. This is how they use customer money in their company. How shameful practice followed by such a know company. And they are saying customer not received product. Do you have any proof of saying this statement?

As per the record customer issue resolved from our side, we trying to call customer, but customer not receiving call.

This issue is still pending, it is not resolved. Customer care called only once. The moment I picked up the call it gets disconnected. They don't event tried to call again.

The trimmer is not working properly. The motor is working fine but when i put the blades on its stops working and by chance if it does it doesn't trim my hairs.
