Syska Gadget Secure — Waiting for refund since august 2016 for my Samsung phone | |||||
The Samsung phone (Galaxy J7) given for repairing on 23rd June 2016 in Samsung service centre ([protected]) for display problem. They replied to handover all the accessories as spare part is not available and they were asked to take the refund from the Insurance company "Syska Gadget Secure". As per their advise on August 2016 I given my phone and all the accessories to the company. The refund which was expected within three months, until now the refund is not received even after so many followups. Now it is more than 11 months. Kindly look into it. these company is totally fraud and its not giving response to any calls and always showing one status mobile is under repair so please be carefull before buying these insurance
