Hi,
This is parthibanvasudevan

I am from otteri, i have paid my eb bill through online using sbi debit card on 17/09/2018. There was problem in e - receipt genearation. The payment was not successful. I have made payment once again. Then the amount (Rs.4441 and rs.4024) has been debited twice from my account. Still i didn't get refund of amount
(Rs.4441&rs.4024). So please help me to sort out this issue.

There was problem in e- receipt genearation.The payment was not successful. I have made payment once again. then the amount(Rs.4441 and RS.4024) has been debited twice from my account . Still i didn't get refund of amount
(RS.4441&Rs.4024). So please help me to sort out this issue.
