I was booked today's trip in Sri Krishna Travels at November 7 2021 from srivilliputtur to Chennai, now i need to change my travel Date as November 13 2021, I already Paid ₹2000 Bus fare, Kindly Request you Please help me to change my travel Date, Please Consider my Request, I unable to Cancel my travel in Red bus app, and I want to travel on coming Saturday November 13, kindly Reschedule my tickets or please Return back to my money, I Contact many people in Sri Krishna travels but all are not take Responsible for my money, and lethargycally said "Contact Red Bus", really getting disappointed, even I don't know where to go and get solution, hope I got some help after post this...
I called and Spoke with Owner Annamalai @[protected], he didn't Respond Properly and simply said "Ask Red Bus", and suddenly Disconnect my Call, I Called again but he didn't pick my call, This is Very worst Service I seen Ever, and Gonna Raise complaint through Transport and Consumer Complaint, I Paid 2000 already this is High Cost at this Festival Time, and their behavior is very worst I didn't suggest anyone to Krishna Travels, they not think about Customers, money minded Peoples

I’ve been travelling in TN bus (212H) Kancheepuram - Tripathi on 28/05/2023 at 7am. My destination upto : Arakkonam railway gate. the ticket fare is ₹25. I had gave ₹100 for the ticket. the conductor didn’t gave the ticket, since he mentioned as not having sufficient change for ₹100 and very rudely behaved like abusing me.Even though I said i’ll collect the balance amount while reaching at my destination point. but he refused me to give ticket and insisting me to travel beyond my destination point to get back my ticket balance. this type of conductor are needed to punished. kindly take necessary action against this complaint.
