I am your regular customer, dr mahima sharma, email : [protected]@yahoo.co.in.. I have been regularly investing in your ghs for almost last 4 years. I bought a diamond ring last year on 29.7.2016 as a part of redeeming my ghs. I hardly wore it... Today i found a part of my ring which held diamonds in the centre detached from the main ring band. I never wore the ring regularly nor did it hit anything. This is the 1st time i am complaining in last so many years. I went to your store in jammu... They tried to repair it... But after repairing, the shape of my ring has got distorted.. The central portion is not as high as it was earlier and so is not looking as beautiful as it was. Secondly, how do i know it will not fall of again. Maybe it was a faulty piece. I would like to get it replaced by exactly the same design without any deduction in amount since it is no fault of mine.
Please look into the matter with all sincerity. You need to have belief in your regular customers..
